I want to lose as much weight as possible, as quickly as possible.

I’ve been working out since november and I’ve lost 8 pounds, but I want to lose another 8.

I hardly EVER do any strength training, but should I?

should I do it with cardio, or have strength only days?
I’m 16, 4′11″ and 102 pounds if that factors into anything

i want to build up my calf muscles, because they are very weak and i find it difficult to perform in certain sports. i have a home gym (picture included) and was wondering how to strengthen my calf muscles using it?
