I have been doing the stuff like 25 pullups,50 deadlift ,50 pushups, 50 box jumps,50 window washers, 50 kettle bell, 25 pullups. For time. Just looking for some other ideas or routines you might do thanks in advance!

Rich Froning talks about the second workout of the CrossFit Games Open. For those who have not been following, the Open is a six week test of fitness that is the first level of competition on the way to the CrossFit Games in July. Froning beat the international competition in week 1 to win $2011, but found the second workout did not play to his strengths.
