I bought a home gym and it was taken apart when I bought it. The machine didn’t come with any manuals and I can’t find a name brand on it. Any suggestions how to figure out how to put it together?
An elliptical, treadmill, or something else? Thanks
I’m leaning more towards treadmill because they aren’t as expensive!
stability flow: dynamic movement stretching for fun & fitness, wearing light weight wraps plus using Valeo 6lb soft weighted ball for large muscle group warm-up- nice change of pace. First impressions i like how the ball provided extra gravity assist for shoulder openers, allowing extended stretch compared to habitual method. Basic exercises with ankle & wrist weights for less interruption with flow. Mindful practice linking breath to movement, building energy, finding comfort & ease. Sharing first attempts with weighted ball, orientation practice. Home practice by self-motivated student working to improve alignment, movement & stretch. Removing weights & repeating sequence afterward felt effortless!

I am looking to purchase interlocking foam or rubber flooring for a home gym. I am based in Montreal, Quebec and I need to find a vendor that is local to this area from whom I can buy. I would consider going as far as Ottawa to the west and Quebec City to the north but would prefer not buying from the USA due to having to pay additional fees (duty at border, etc).
Some examples of the product or similar products that I am interested in:

The specs are pretty simple. I am looking for something that will cover an area of 15 feet by 13 feet. It needs to be durable, shock absorbent as the type of gym I will be doing on it is intense aerobics and plyometrics (lots of jumping around, need to protect my joints/back as current flooring is cement). Thanks!
Looking for ideas on decorating a home gym. The space is large and a perfect rectangle (about 20 x 15), carpet is blue. It’s an empty clean slate right now and I’m open to any ideas. The one requirement is that the room be ‘masculine’. Since I girlied up the rest of the house, I promised my husband that this would be a ‘mans’ room.
Need fun ideas for wall color/border, shelving, entertainment unit (have ipods and 19in TV), towel racks — we’re open to anything you can think of.
There are no windows in this room (bad idea for a gym, I know – but there are ceiling vents).
We already have two very large mirrors afixed to the wall (formerly mirrored closet doors).
