Yep. I got this a long time ago and kind of forgot about it . . . start using it 3 days ago and I’m sore, but its a good kind of sore! Definitely working! of course this isn’t a cardio device, its a resistance device, so it works well for your weight training. Even Tony Little says on the DVD to do this one day and do a cardio exercise the next day.
This is a fantastic device! I belong to a gym and work out 5 times a week. I also own one of these units and on my days off I use it to stretch my muscles and do light workouts. My wife who works outt at home also loves this product! Don’t listen to the negative feedbacks since I am positive they never used it.

I love how this guy says you cant do negatives with free weights because of gravity. First of all, you lower the weight slowly and you can use heavier weights than this POS! You don’t just DROP the weight, what a moron.
